Privacy notice

What we store: your email address for sign-in, the agreements you create, any files you upload, and the responses recorded on shared agreements (name, optional note, and time).

Who can see it: private records are visible only to you. A shared agreement can be viewed by anyone who has its unique link — only share it with the intended person. Your other records are never visible through a shared link.

Files: uploads are stored privately. Recipients of a shared link can open the files attached to that agreement.

Deleting: you can delete any of your records at any time; attached files are removed with them.

Important: AgreeProof is a documentation tool. It does not guarantee that an agreement is legally enforceable and cannot prevent fraud.
